We gift quilts to Residential School Survivors, Day School Survivors, Sixties Scoop Survivors, and their families. We also welcome nominations from loved ones and community members.
You can request a quilt for yourself or nominate a Survivor by clicking the button below and filling out our online form. We will follow up with you privately to share the next steps.
You do not need to share your story to receive a quilt.
